FAQ
Booking, payment, rescheduling and the rest. Every number here is read from the venue's own settings, so it can't go stale.
No. Booking is done as a guest — your name and a contact number are all that's needed. Accounts exist only for venue staff.
Up to 180 days. Anything further out is greyed out on the calendar rather than hidden, so you can see where the window ends.
Scan the venue's GCash or QR Ph code on the payment screen, then enter your reference number and attach a screenshot of the receipt. The venue checks it against their wallet app and confirms. Your slot is held the whole time.
15 minutes from the moment you pick it — the countdown is on screen. Once you've sent your reference the hold extends overnight, so a payment made late in the evening still stands in the morning. If you picked the wrong slot, there's a Cancel on the payment screen that hands it straight back.
Yes, up to 1 time per booking. It's free if you move it more than 48 hours before your slot. Between 48 and 12 hours before, there's a ₱300 fee. Inside 12 hours the slot can no longer be moved — that's too late for anyone else to take it.
Bookings are final once confirmed and aren't refundable — that's in the waiver you accept when booking. Rescheduling is the way to move a slot you can't make.
There are 5 courts and each books separately, so try the others before giving up — a busy hour on one court is often free on another.
You can, but the court might already be taken. Booking online takes about a minute and guarantees the slot is yours.
